Learning to Accompany in Catechesis

A catechist is identified as an “accompanier and educator of those that are entrusted to him [or her] by the Church.” (DC no. 113). This workshop, hosted by Sadlier, will feature national author and speaker, Deacon Matthew Halbach. Deacon Halbach will highlight accompaniment as a key way in which the Church can meet the catechetical challenges of today. He will walk us through the concept of accompaniment as well as how we can effectively apply it in catechesis. Don’t miss it!
